Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and recently updated rooms facing public spaces like the bar and pool, which close early. The staff's service is outstanding, always friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the beach and with quick access to shops and restaurants. The dining options are tasty, especially at the café that turns into a bar later in the day.
Staying at this hotel was quite a mixed experience. The rooms, despite being on the top floor with a large comfortable bed and fridge, were at the end of a hallway where the lights were burnt out. On the upside, the rooms featured plenty of storage space, an in-room safe, a Keurig, and I absolutely loved the large windows overlooking the patio.
The hotel had spacious, clean, and beautiful rooms facing the public space including the bar and pool. The service provided by the extremely friendly staff, especially Jackie, was excellent with a great attention to detail. The location was superb, close to everything in the Waikiki area. The dining experience was good, but having breakfast options would be nice. Overall, a great stay with some minor improvements.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The rooms were clean, cozy, and spacious, and the staff went above and beyond by placing a bouquet of roses and a birthday cake in the room for my birthday. The service was exceptional, with inviting staff that made me feel truly welcomed. The location was excellent for me, with live music nearby and various dining options within walking distance. However, there were some unexpected extra fees that caught me off guard.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit small, but the bed was comfy with great views. The service was exceptional, with Rene being super helpful and sweet, although there were minor booking mix-ups. The location was convenient with various eating places nearby, but cleanliness was not top-notch. The dining was delicious but lacked breakfast options.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, just a short walk from Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana Mall, yet the noise from street traffic was quite a disturbance. The rooms were snug for a king-sized bed, especially during the busy Thanksgiving season, but the service felt warm and personal. The dining options were tasty, though lacking a proper breakfast menu.
